Shipping Information*

Orders shipped to a location within Spain (not including orders shipped to the Balearic Islands):

1. With a product total of 0.01 € - 294.99 €, shipping will be 7 €.
2. With a product total of 295 € or more, shipping will be FREE.

*The shipping charges listed are VAT inclusive. For orders attached to an online party shipped to a location within Spain with a product total of 0.01 € - 139.99 €, shipping will be 7 €; for orders with a product total of 140 € or more, shipping will be 5% of the product total.

Orders shipped to the Balearic Islands:

1. With a retail value of 0.01 € - 113.33 €, shipping will be 17 €.
2. With a retail value of 113.34 € - 294.99 €, shipping will be 15% of retail value.
3. With a retail value of 295 € or more, shipping will be 10% of retail value.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract without giving any reason.

You must cancel within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. If your purchase is delivered in separate shipments, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the last good is acquired by you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier). You must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (sent by post, fax or email). The cancellation will take effect when your request to cancel has been posted, faxed or emailed. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, be sure to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by Scentsy, you will not be reimbursed for the supplementary costs). You may expect your reimbursement no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

If you have received goods in connection with your purchase and choose to exercise your right of cancellation, you shall send back the goods to Scentsy, B.V., De Lairessestraat 145c, 1075 HJ Amsterdam, The Netherlands, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you return the goods within this 14-day period. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Lifetime replacement warranty

Scentsy products come with a lifetime replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. If your product is damaged in shipping from Scentsy, has a manufacturing defect, or an electrical issue, it may be returned with no limitation in time, to your Independent Consultant for repair or replacement.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it in resalable condition to your Independent Consultant for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Scentsy does not offer refunds.

Scentsy Diffusers, Scentsy Go, Scentsy Go Solid and Scentsy Air Purifier — limited lifetime warranty

Scentsy Diffusers, Scentsy Go, Scentsy Go Solid and Scentsy Air Purifier are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Any Scentsy Air Purifier, Scentsy Go or Scentsy Diffuser found to be defective or damaged under normal use and care will be replaced with the same, or comparable, product at Scentsy’s discretion at no cost to you.
